F622 RYN is Dancerfrank's Escort. It began its existence in 1988 as an XR3i and has had a few modifications and a few owners since then.
It arrived in February 2001, having travelled from somwhere in the NorthWest. To be honest, I didn't know it was coming!
Our son Dean had travelled with his mum (Trendy Wendy) to pick it up. I thought that they had just "gone out" for the day.

He came in with a grin from ear to ear,
 obviously chuffed with his surprise.
It had a massive whaletail, a red banner displaying "WWW.CruiseNorthWest.co.uk" and stickers on the rear and in the engine bay claiming it was "Powered by G.K. Motorsport".

It was a "conversion" - an XR3i with an RS Turbo engine in it. 4-spoke steering wheel, Recaros and a boost gauge in the dash, just left of centre and a single piston dump valve.
It was running on 15" TSW Imolas.
The wheels had been "kerbed" and the Recaros were in need of a little attention, but - it was a start.
